✧ Hello! I'm Katana

I'm a self-taught Multi-Media artist, though I like to focus on Character Design and Illustration in the fantasy genre.Recently, I've decided I want to start streaming and Vtubing, so I made my own model (left), and I'm currently in the process of making my own assets completely from scratch, which includes animated screens. Yes, I am in fact driving myself insane.Alas, I bear the artists curse; which is that I just love it too much to stop. In fact, I want to make more models. I want to properly learn animation. I want to learn how to actually RIG the models I make; and to top it all off- I might even want to do more graphic design! And trust me when I say, graphic design has been one of the more hellish things I've decided to teach myself to make.

Terms of Service
(T.o.S)

To commission me, you must read my Terms of Service. Failure to do so will result in a rejected commission. Failure to comply with ToS can result in a blacklist with no refund.Remember - Accepting the ToS is accepting a contract between me (the artist) and you (the client) and we will both be held liable for these terms.

All prices are subject to change based on the amount of detail required for the piece, and my current living conditions!

As such, all prices listed in the info page is purely the Base Price and are the lowest I'll go.

Will Do :

Service & Use

Works are not on a first come first serve basis.
They will be determined by a mix of personal preference and my current financial situation.I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason.I reserve all rights to my art and work.
You can not claim my art or work as your own at any point in time.If the art is going to be for anything other than personal use, a price for commercial use can be discussed.Any and all characters, concepts, designs, etc. I did not make or own
belong to their rightful owners and will be credited as such. I do not claim any intellectual property as my own if I did not make or design it.My work can NOT be used for or with NFTs or AI of ANY kind.If you post or use your commission on your socials, crediting me (@KatanasSpirits) is appreciated but not required.I might choose to stream or record the process of working on your commission, if you do not want me to do so, there is an opt-out in the form!
Same goes for posting the final work on my own socials. If you dont want your commission shared publicly at all, there will be an NDA fee.

Requirements

  • An image reference is much appreciated for any commission

  • I can work with (detailed) mood/Pinterest boards and (DETAILED!) written descriptions, HOWEVER, this means your commissioned piece may not be accurate to what you want and may end up costing more for the extra time, original design, and any additional changes to your piece resulting from finding the design specifics you want.

  • References MUST be given immediately during the order of the commission. I will not accept a commission with no reference of any kind.

  • You MUST be 18+ to order NSFW work from me

  • Disclosure on if the piece you're ordering will be used for commercial use

Payment

  • $ USD Only

  • I will not accept payment until the commission has been accepted

  • 50% or 100% Upfront Payment required to start process

  • Last % On Completion - Required to receive full resolution work (50% or 25% / 25%)

  • Alternate payment plans can be discussed for larger works

  • If I am unable to start your commission for any reason thats no fault of your own I will provide you with a refund

  • Charge-backs or requesting refunds will not be accepted for commissions that have already been started

  • I can be flexible with payment times, within reason, in the case payment isn't immediately available

  • Repeated failure to meet scheduled payments will result in a cancelled commission
